Unibic Australia has three key revenue streams including:

• Niche Proprietary Brands (Unibic shortbreads, Erica’s Kitchen including Vol au Vent, pavlova and meringues);
• Affiliation brands (long-term licence for the Weight Watchers brand in Australia; a long-term licence to use the RSL/Veterans logo on the ANZAC cookie in Australia, USA, UK, Canada and India); and
• Private label (contract manufacturer to Woolworths, Coles and other retailers).

Unibic Australia commissioned new state of the art plants in both Broadmeadows, Victoria in 2007 and Bangalore, India in 2008. Unibic is now positioned to become the fastest growing biscuit business in Australia and India, where it services the fast growing premium cookie market.

LCW Private Equity provided expansion capital in December 2007 and currently holds 38% of the Company with the balance held by founder management.
