Adam Cady
Managing Director
Adam Cady is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Financial Sponsors at Lazard. He has nearly three decades of experience in investment banking and capital markets. Over his career, Adam has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets globally.
Prior to joining Lazard in February 2024, Adam was a Managing Director and Head of Americas Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America. In this capacity, he managed relationships with some of the world’s largest private equity firms. Prior to his role in the Financial Sponsors Group, Adam was a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he led numerous financing transactions for leveraged buyouts, corporate M&A, recapitalizations and other capital markets advisory assignments.
Prior to joining Bank of America in 2003, Adam was a leveraged finance professional at Merrill Lynch and NationsBank.
Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurial studies from Babson College.
