Caitlin Ledwith

Caitlin Ledwith joined Lazard in 2022 and is a Director in the Private Capital Advisory group based in New York. She focuses on fundraising and capital formation for real estate and infrastructure strategies, with a primary focus on the Northeast and Texas regions. Caitlin has over 15 years of experience in financial services, specializing in real assets capital formation and distribution.
Prior to joining Lazard, Caitlin led investor relations at Jaguar Growth Partners, a private equity real estate firm based in New York. Earlier in her career, she held roles in fund marketing, mortgage underwriting, and loan sales at Allianz Global Investors and Community Preservation Corporation (“CPC”).
Caitlin earned a B.A. in English Literature from Fairfield University.
