Maxime Bataille is a Director in the Brussels office. He joined Lazard in July 2019 following four years with J.P. Morgan in London. Maxime is an experienced investment banker who has advised clients across a broad range of situations, including public and private M&A, domestic and cross‑border transactions, corporate carve‑outs, LBOs, and defense mandates.
Maxime has a generalist background and has worked on transactions across a variety of sectors.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
Maxime graduated with a MSc in Business Engineering at the Catholic University of Louvain.
