Olivier Le Maire is Managing Director and Head of LazardNext, the Corporate Finance team at Lazard in Paris dedicated to mid-market transactions.
Olivier has 15 years of investment banking experience for buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory. Transaction profiles typically include divestments and carve-outs from large corporates, family-owned businesses, and private equity houses.
Prior to joining Lazard in 2022, Olivier was Managing Director at Oddo BHF, where he advised on mid-market transactions. From 2008 to 2018, he was in the EY Corporate Finance team where he completed small-cap M&A transactions. Olivier started his career in 2002 at Arthur Andersen in the Aerospace & Defense TS and audit practice.
Olivier graduated from EDHEC business school and Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
