Stephen Salyer
Managing Director
Stephen is a Managing Director at Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory group, where he serves as Head of Global Distribution and Head of North America Fundraising.
With more than two decades of experience in private equity fundraising and investor relations, Stephen has built enduring relationships with leading investors and sponsors across the U.S. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 300 fundraising assignments, helping raise over $100 billion in capital.
Before joining Lazard, Stephen was a Partner at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, where he opened the firm’s New York office and led U.S. distribution. He also previously served as a Vice President at Probitas Partners, further deepening his expertise in private capital markets.
Stephen’s track record reflects a steadfast commitment to delivering results and creating long-term value for both investors and sponsors.
He holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University.
