Thomas Reynolds
Director
Tom is a Director in Lazard’s Restructuring & Liability Management team, based in the London office. He joined the firm in 2019.
Tom has over a decade of investment banking experience, advising corporates, sponsors and creditors in financially stressed situations, including amend-and-extend transactions, capital raises, recapitalisations and restructurings.
Prior to joining Lazard, Tom was an Associate Director in the London Restructuring team of RBS. Tom is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Bristol.
